Statistics of online refrigerator sales show that Homa still dominates the market with a share of 26.8% in August, which is, Homa accounts for more than 1/4 in online refrigerator sales, which is about twice the proportion of competitor that ranked second.
Massive growth continues in online sales despite of the sluggish growth in traditional sales channels when refrigerator sales season is about to draw a close. Homa has been winning sales champions in a consecutive three months with a proportion of 19.5%, 21.4% and 26.8% respectively. With increasingly specialized platform websites and efficient logistic networks, more and more consumers prefer to buy home appliances online. According to China Market Monitor, 39% of consumers are willing to buy refrigerators online.
