WOBI Milano, 13th and 14th October 2024, was an extraordinary event (discover more here) where some of our managers had the unique opportunity to immerse themselves in transformative discussions on purpose, leadership, and innovation.

With exceptional speakers like Simon Sinek, Marco Bertini, and Tony Fadell, the event delivered powerful insights that resonated deeply, reinforcing purpose as the ultimate compass in today’s rapidly evolving business global landscape.

As one speaker so perfectly stated:

This incredible experience was made possible thanks to Michael Yao, our CEO, and the visionary leadership of Guangdong Homa Appliances Co., Ltd’s top management, who prioritised investing in our people by allocating the necessary resources and creating opportunities for a significant group of Homa managers to dedicate two full days to growth and learning.

A special thank-you goes to Federico Rebaudo, General Manager of Homa Europe, whose advocacy for this initiative made it a reality. His dedication to fostering leadership development ensures that our teams are equipped to excel in business and inspired to elevate and transform the entire organisation.
